Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The Dollhouse Beauty Factory is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.
